It may just be foretelling, but I believe this to be a rebuttal to the NWO. Either way, bravo, Duncan. Well done.
beautiful – brings me back to some great memories: not only the excitement i had sitting in the house of Spring Awakening when it was in previews knowing that you had written a musical and couldn’t wait to hear it – then finally hearing it come out of Lea Michelle’s beautiful mouth and knowing what a huge success it was going to be. This song could easily sound like part of that brilliant show!!
Personally, Duncan, I think you should go mainstream and continue to produce songs like “Barely Breathing”…stuff that people can actually sing along, dance, and relate to…not stuff that will put me to sleep!!! I believe there is validity behind your emotions because you wrote, produced, mastered, and uploaded the content. The song obviously means something and matters to YOU, I just prefer upbeat, jiving, soulfull, heartfelt music…and it would be cool to see you go in that direction.
